I’m not going to lie, I bloodly love going to B&Q. It is like a little trip of manliness each time I go. The wife has to literally pull me away from the power tools section.
As a big fan of DIY, nothing is better than a leisurely stroll down the isles thinking of how I could use this or that to build something or improve another thing.
Overall, B&Q is great. Everything is pretty easy to find, the selection is always good and the prices are very reasonable.

To use their phrase, You can do it, when you B&Q It, Those who can do it will Go to Selco up the road. While I can say I have used B&Q in the past I do try to keep visits to a Minimum.
The Staff are generally good and helpful, but the Sidcup store is aimed at the OAP Gardener… Try the Dartford one or the One at Belvedere. they have more stock and generally Not busting at the seams with pensioners. (Not that I have anything against OAPs), its just if I need to run in and out, Sidcup’s not the Store for Me…
There is a great Burger Van in the Car park though… Yum.
