I use this bank for business banking and find the staff very friendly and helpful. Everytime I have had any problems, the staff have accomodated me and sorted it out as quickly as possible.
The branch is an integral part of the community.
The branch manager always says hello and all staff smile and apologise for any wait.
Consequently it is a very busy bank, but I am never kept waiting longer than necessary.
