I ordered a fleece from this store online and when it arrived, I had been sent the wrong one. When I checked online about exchanging it for the proper item, I found out they were sold out of the color/​size I had originally ordered. I emailed the owner about a possible reimbursement, but he not only offered no additional discount for sticking me with an expensive fleece that I didn’t want, he didn’t even apologize for sending me the wrong thing! Will never be shopping here again.
