Chaobaby – Meadowhall

Sehr guter Thailänder, obwohl er im Essensbereich (Food Court) des Shopping-​Centers liegt. Sehr gutes und günstiges Mittagsbuffet, Bedienung freundlich und nett.
Viel Auswahl an Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichten.

Thought I would try this restaurant as it looked popular, I like Thai food and the price seemed quite reasonable for an all you can eat. Went in on a Friday night, was shown to table by a polite waitress with no explanation about what was to happen next. A couple who were seated to the side of my gf and I arrived well after us, but they had their drink order taken very quickly, much to our dismay.
Eventually we got our drinks, which were very expensive, but this seems to be the norm for Meadowhall these days, no wonder why people are drinking at home! We then went to help ourself to the buffet. The food was ok, but wouldn’t call it hot. The plates were tiny, so if you are hungry you need to bring a few sets of extra hands with you, as you will have to return again and again to the food area.
People were pushing and shoving to get to the food, which wasn’t a pleasant experience and if you end up being seated where we were, you will clock up some walking time going backwards and forwards, as the food was situated about 20m away from our table. All in all the restaurant was ok, but I dont think we will be revisiting it anytime soon.
