Have often passed this 50’s themed American diner so decided to eat in there today. What a disappointment. Much of the mains consisted of overpriced burgers. I decided to have the gumbo which unusually was not served on a bed of rice as I would have expected but came in a small soup bowl together with a very thin half of a sliced bagel, fries and a salad. The gumbo was very overspiced with the usuall cajun spices and the okra had turned to mush. Came away feeling hungry and very disappointed in view of the cost definitely one to avoid.

This place is very cool!
The décor is schhhheeeeexxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxyyyyy! The staff are funked right up and the food is deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeellllllish!
I havent stayed in the hotel but it is always busy and seems to have a really cool vibe. there is a communal area where you can watch films and socialise with other guests.
They have pretty cool vintagecar and bike rally’s too .so you can venture in for food and drinks and check out the funkadelic cars! Bonus!
All in all — Awesome!
