I had an appointment today with a young Dr Omoera, he was very nice and professional and kind and helpful, very pleasant appointment all round given the circumstances

i have been to this surgery since we moved here in 1985
i find the doctors of A1 or top quality and much of the older staff at the reception very kind and very nice but the only downer i would say is that new girl on reception with the red hair
when ever you go she only wants you to get lost no matter how much pain you are in or dying
she will not even book advance appointments even on saying that i need to see the doctor to get my new medication as soon as possible as i have direct orders from the neurologist
for all i know this woman or girl is not fit to be on reception and should be removed as all she is doing is spoiling the image of a very well run and almost perfect faculty

This is the only surgery I have been to since I moved to Scunthorpe the Doctors are very good especially Dr Trueman and Dr Widders. The practice need more staff on reception and to update their appointment method.
