Sun Inn

We went in during the early afternoon and there wasn’t much to say about this place. There is a pool table and a pint isn’t the cheapest, but that’s pretty much par for the course around the Scarborough area, so not too bad of a price, maybe just under £4? There was one or two T.V.s with sports on and there was even a set-​up for karaōke but not many people during the day which is understandable. There is a «beer garden» but it is basically just a backyard patio with some tables.
Service was good and we had our drinks in no time.
Later that day we walked by in the evening and the place was packed! It must be a very popular spot in the night. We didn’t go inside but we probably wouldn’t have been able to fit.

Usually pop in here with mates before a night out for a few cheap drinks and games of pool. Its a very friendly local pub, very relaxed, a bit off the beaten track of regular pub goers. The atmosphere is so relaxed, that one time when we went in late I had a game of pool with the barman in his pyjamas. Its always a good laugh. The pub has 2 sides to it, either side of the bar, the locals usually sit one side, and me and my friends occupy the other side with the pool table in as its usually quiet. At the end of the day, its a nice place to be, and the refresments are cheap, what more could you ask of a local?
