I wasn’t really looking forward to dealing with pushy sales people leaping out at you before you’ve even had a chance to look around. Unlike other jewellers, we were left alone to browse and as soon as we turned to look for someone to help us, Jackie appeared as if by magic. The staff stay discreetly out of sight and can see when help is needed. Jackie was relaxed, knowledgeable and friendly which made the experience so enjoyable we bought my engagement ring here. The after sales was as good and I felt taken care of and was kept fully informed. Superb and personal service.
