DREADFUL SALON; got enticed in on a Groupon
voucher, and then further enticed by a ‘promotional’ offer = awful experience
which led to an official complaint, despite their conceding a lack of concise communication on our part (which led to my being overcharged and embarrassed amongst other
totally unprofessional behaviour!) and
then their asking how I can rectify the situation for you? only to ignore my
REASONABLE ‘rectifi’cation terms in
favour of a derisory offer talk about adding insult to injury! If you want a
bad experience with scantily clad stylists this is the place for you.

What is the point of booking a time for a hair cut, when the salon has ABSOLUTELY NO INTENTION of honouring that appointment? I will be telling others to avoid this place. This is not the way to treat customers.
