This is by far my favorite watering hole when across the Pond. The best guiness draft in town. The owner and staff are very courteous and the type of crowd is very laid back.
I enjoy listening to live music here and you get to see some pretty crazy instruments (hammer dulcimer, etc) being played.
So if you are looking for a laid back place away from the city centre bar scene then this is your place.

This is quite a good place to go and have a drink and a chill out here. I like to go here for the karaōke night and have a good old sing and dance.
It is good for groups I think mainly, to go and have a laugh here with your mates. I don’t think this is a place for couples to have a quiet drink. It is always busy here and full of people so it does well.
So if you want a few drinks before a night out on the town or just a night out in here, then you should go here.
