Yep, A-​OK. That really says it all about Wimpy.
Food’s okay, staff’s pleasant, restaurant seems clean.
I had a craving for one of those bendy hot dogs so we stopped after a visit to the local farmer’s market. As ever, the memory of the bendy dog (which I have about once a year) was better than the reality, but I still enjoyed it. The food came out quickly and it was nice and hot. Service wasn’t overly friendly but it was prompt and courteous, which is perfectly acceptable!
Our meal for two was a bit expensive though at around £18, especially considering it’s a McDonald’s-level quality but with waiter service.
Overall, it was fine, and we’re probably all set on the Wimpy front now until 2016!
