Very helpful staff which is refreshing for a large chain store. Good range of items for such a small store.
I make a point of using this pharmacy over others in Rugeley due to the high quality customer service.

This is quite a small Boots store, but it always has in stock the main things that I buy from the shop — mostly baby products. It also has a pharmacy, but this can get very busy and so you often have to take your prescription in and then come back about 20 minutes later to collect it! You can end up queuing quite a while as well, as other than the pharmacy counter there is only one other checkout, which is not always manned.

For a Boots store, this is quite small but inkeeping with the size of the other shops based in Rugeley Centre. They still have a brilliant selection of goods including christmas gifts, mens and womens toiletries and childcare things. They have a limited amount of make up so not much choice there but the staff are very helpful. Being in the centre, this shop does get quite busy especially on Fridays and Saturdays.

Very small branch of boots but has everything you need in it. Friendly staff and good range of products. Hasnt got as much makeup in as the bigger branches and doesnt have a vast range of christmas gifts but has some.
