I purchased the advent calendar for my husband. He was giddy and actually a little disappointed when Christmas arrived because his evening goodies would end. Little did he know that I’d also purchased another sampler of staff favorites to prolong the experience. This was the most amazing gift. He loved it. The boxes arrived wrapped to survive almost anything. I’m really impressed and will definitely be buying more next year.

I’m leaving a favorable review, at least as far as stars go. I gave this as a gift and it’s in the process of being consumed. I’m assuming the quality of product is good and it was delivered quickly… but therein lies the (possible) rub.
I was charged somewhere in the neighborhood of $ 52 to have this delivered. I thought, well, it’s coming from far away, has to cross an ocean for crissake… but the packaging indicated it came from a liquor store in California, where I live. Maybe that shouldn’t matter… but maybe I shouldn’t be paying international prices for a product that was already here.
Just wanted others to be aware.

I don’t write a ton of reviews, but I really wanted to write how happy I am with my purchase from these guys. At first my card declined because I purchased something from a different country. I had a voicemail waiting for me from a gentleman with a lovely British accent telling me the payment didn’t go through and to give them a call back to re-​do the transaction. I called my bank, fixed the problem and called Master of Malt back and got it all taken care of. I specifically asked for my delivery to be on a certain day so my boyfriend wouldn’t see the surprise gift I had purchased and start asking questions (this whiskey I ordered is for our one year anniversary) and it came a day early. All is well, since I had it delivered at work and my boss took care of it for me and my boyfriend didn’t see (we work together). I don’t think that was their fault, though. Maybe it’s hard to gauge how long a delivery will actually take from the U.K. to Washington state. Anyway, the gift box I ordered is PERFECT, the bottle is perfect and it arrived so quickly. Very, very happy I could find this rare whiskey that no one seems to carry in the U.S. Definitely a trust worthy company.

Ordered my Scotch on Thursday. Got my Scotch in AZ on Monday morning… the packaging is amazing, the service was excellent, and the Scotch was well priced (even with shipping cost). I can’t recommend them high enough. Wonderful company! We’ll definitely be stopping by to meet the staff when we visit! Cheers!

I have purchased whisky advent calendars and bottles of whisky from them for the past 2 years. Shipping to the US is quick (though pricey!) and customer service has always answered my questions promptly.
Pro tip: if you’re outside the UK and have got a credit card that doesn’t charge foreign transaction fees, use that to order. Otherwise on a big order, that 3% can really add up!

I bought two bottles from this site, one of which was a bourbon that I was buying for a friend and I had struggled to find it in the shops.
The delivery times were realistic and very efficient, however unfortunately one of the bottles turned up broken, and it looked like it had been broken for some time. As I result I unfortunately missed giving this to my friend for her birthday.
However! I emailed the company that evening and they responded the next morning, after sending a couple of pictures to them, they were very apologetic and arranged for another bottle to be sent straight to my friend, which they did the very next day.
I was provided with one point of contact throughout and was pleased with how efficiently they fixed the issue. Due to this service I will probably be using them again!

Great selection of whisky including rare Japanese Scotch. Got Yoichi 20y/​o 1990, Hibiki 30y/​o, Hakushu 25y/​o and Hakushu Bourbon Barrel. Shipped them here with no problems.

Subsequent to my previous bad review of this company, their customer service has been in touch and rectified their error in my order by offering a complimentary bottle for the inconvenience. As such I must re-​rate the customer experience to reflect their effort.

This vendor shipped two bottles from the UK to my home in the USA. These are very significant spirits: Glenmorangie 25-​year and Highland Park 40-​year. Understandably, I was very nervous about this order.
Everything was perfect. The packaging, the communication, everything. Once the weather allows, I will order more from this vendor. I couldn’t be happier.
