My usual choice for the big grocery shop, there are closer sainsburys, but I like this one, more than enough car parking space, friendly staff, a good size store, not a small store but not one of those huge warehouse style shops either, the fresh produce here is the best fresh vegetables and fruit I have ever had, it always lasts all week if stored correctly.
The vouchers that they give out to nectar card holders are really worth having, our last batch gave £12 off of each shop of £60 or over, for 6 weeks.
It’s a well managed, clean store and the management are good at directing staff to the tills when the queues are long at the checkout, I have noticed this on a number of shopping trips.
No clothing section, hence I spend less here than at other sainsburys but a really nice small home wear section and the ‘man aisle’ with DVD’s.
The staff are lovely oh and the fresh fish counter is great too.
