This used to be a very reliable Taxi/​Cab Company, and «Laura» The Taxi Controller was friendly and always seemed to get a Taxi to you on time.
But sadly she’s left now, and things have gone wrong somewhere.
Taxi’s turn up late or sometimes not at all, even if you’ve booked them hours before.
And when you call the Taxi base, the «I don’t know /​can’t be bothered attitude» really puts you off calling again.
If I’d of written this review a year ago I’d of rated them very highly, but now I’d say, If you want to be on time «Call Someone Else»…
