This is a great little campsite just above the lovely Winetts Pass of Castleton. The campsite overlooks Mam Tor, and is ideal for exploring Castleton and it’s tourist attractions such as the Blue John Caverns and also for walking and orienteering the Peak District. The camping grounds itself is set in a a very large field. It has basic facilities such as toilets and showers which are in the farm yard. Camping prices are very reasonable. Campfires aren’t allowed unless they’re portable campfires that aren’t going to scorch the ground.
