Nice, but pretty basic. Good coffee, but pretty small.

this branch is lacking in staff untidy and lets the brand down trouble not a lot of good alternatives to put pressure on them to improve

Staff never enough
Tables not cleared and often end up doing this yourself.
Cleanliness is minimal nowadays, dirty floor, etc.
Toilets i would not let my daughter use them now
Its a shame as this is always busy but when you talk to people they all say the same. so Nero is lucky to have the passing trade really.
Need to get their act together again and I for one would return as would my friends.

Great place to waste half an hour or so, whether meeting a friend or just watching the world go by outside at the busy square at The Furlong. Staff are very good but often in short supply which seems to be a common theme at Caffe Nero. Tables can be left with dirty dishes for too long. White and dark chocolate cheesecake, yummy

Nice helpful staff. Always seems busy esp Wednesdays (Market day) quite small so can be difficult to get an inside seat

Café Nero is a new addition to Ringwood, but adds a nice new place to stop and have a coffee when I’m in town. Placed in the central Furlong centre, you can’t miss the café. Inside they have plenty of squashy sofas in the corners with ample seating around the café. There is also limited seating outside which is where we tend to sit when pushchairs are with us as taking them inside is sometimes a hassle.
The coffee is averagely priced for a coffee chain and there is plenty of different varieties to choose from, all with tempting cakes and pastries on offer gleaming at you, waiting for you to buy them in the counter.
It’s generally coffee and cake for a fiver when I go in as I would expect to spend that and it’s my treat when I need something sweet.
The staff are in short supply sometimes in Café Nero but will always serve you as soon as they can.
