Having just moved to Kingston I try to avoid the hussle and bussle of the town centre and so a friend recommend I tried checking out Richmond which is where I came across this shop and what a marvellous find it was! None of this cheap and plastic stuff you find elsewhere but instead good old traditional toys with the usual Lego and Playmobil thrown in. I was amazed how for a relatively sized store how much it had and the lady who works there seems to know her stuff which I found extremely helpful. Also its worth mentioning they have a good choice of partyware and as I was told a helium tank on site which is always good to know. The layout of the shop is also extremely buggy friendly which i found REALLY useful and if you need to go upstairs then the staff where MORE than happy to assist me going up and down. All in all I was really pleased that I found this shop and I have been telling other mums about this place, also worth saying theres a car park just outside the shop which again i found very handy. In a few words, I am officially a devotee to the Enchanted Forest :)

Don’t listen to them. It’s not an enchanted forest at all — it’s is a toy shop. A traditional toy shop that delivers non-Playstation based fun to a whole spectrum of ages. It’s a pretty big place, they’ve got a whole room that seems to be composed entirely of stuffed toys, making the walls appear mental institution soft. I imagine. The rest of the space is dedicated to board games, party stuff and the like. I bought something for a 5 year old in here and I’m told it went down a treat. Not the most magical toy shop in the world but it’s got a good selection and should be able to put a smile on the kids face.
