Used to come here all the time for the £15 all you could eat ribs with a group of friends
Then they increased the price quite a few years ago to £20
I actually only manage about 2 racks so this wasn’t great value for me and the rest of the group had the same opinion about their appetites, so the group of us that used to go stopped going and found a venue in town for our catch ups
However I went back with some family and my fond memories with the rib group of Years back was quickly ruined
Rude staff, uncooked burgers which took longer than anything else to arrive, ended up being refunded however the person who ordered it didn’t want to wait on another meal as we were all but finished so left hungry
Our meals were all ok … But that’s it just ok… For the cost of them… I want it to have a little more flavor and substance
Guess I won’t be back again for years to come

Okay heres the skinny.
Leave your significant other at home, this one is just for you and a close friend who won’t judge.
All you can eat ribs night on a monday. Bang on the money. Every other day of the week you can consume these huge combo meals for around 25 quid which include steak and chicken tenders.
Now chicken tenders are to chicken what di vinci was to the art world. We are talking chicken in a breadcrumb coating which is the smoothered in a sticky chilli sauce. Genuis!
But hawd the bus! I’ ve not even started on the unlimited pint size soft drinks including my personal blood replacement fluid of irnbru.
You will leave this place replicating the dimensions of a bowling ball. Yeah its more expensive but you could just remortgage your house and die of flavour overdose which isn’t that bad a shout.
Remember to look out for Silvia the waitress she is well ahead of the game when it comes to good service

I have been to Tony Roma’s across in the US and this one just does not measure up. The service was just bad and the food was mediocre. The worst thing was the bottomless glass of Irn Bru!!! After waiting 5 minutes, I eventually got a waiters attention. He explained that if you want a refill you must ask. Ummm I paid extra for a bottomless glass, when the glass is empty I expect a refill, thats how a bottomless glass works. So if you go and order a bottomless glass make sure you let a waiter know you want another one (thats if you can find one).

3 courses for £12.95 12 – 5 during the week? Hell yes.
Great portions are perhaps the best USP of this joint, particularly over and above the rival grub portions in other restaurants in X Scape.

Surprised at your review Mr B!
Mediocre, the Mrs was not impressed with her (Double?) Vegi Burger. The décor is awful. Only went in cos everywhere else was a half hour wait but I could see soon enough why we got in here okay.
Was stunned at how crappy a cheese burger you get and it wasn’t cheap at a tenner! Give me a chilli cheese burger at Rufus for less any day!
Cant say much else, had worse but wouldn’t go back.

Only one star because less isn’t an option.
I’ve eaten in Tony Romas in many places around the world. This is by far the worst. The prices are far far too high. The food quality is variable to say the least. Same for the staff, sometimes good, more often unfriendly and unhelpful avoid the assistant manageress she is just plain rude.
There are plenty of better restaurants in the Xscape complex, choose one and forget this place.

This is my favourite restaurant in town! The staff are great and can’t do enough to help, but do this without being in your face. The food is just wonderful, we have been several times and never had a bad thing to say about this restaurant or its food. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Excelente servicio. Excelente calidad de los alimentos. Los aseos son limpias. Es un edificio moderno. Todo un gran lugar para ir en familia o entre amigos. Más como un lugar tipo americana TGI, pero con mucho mejor calidad de los alimentos.
