Lomond House Carry Out

It’s a funny one this! A hit or a miss I would call it!
Best Chinese food in Renfrew without a doubt but what really let’s it down is the customer service! Now usually you can live with a bit if rubbish service if the food is great but sometimes here you don’t even get your food!!!
The delivery usually takes forever to come so I thought one day I will phone in advance and collect however when I arrived to collect my order, 45 minutes after I phoned to pre order, the woman behind the counter was reading a magazine and had not even put my order in to be cooked I then had to wait a further half an hour for it!
The second time I had ordered a delivery I never received it full stop.
Good food pitty about the service!
