Greystone House Practice

I was really happy with this practice. They were always very professional and seemed to treat people with respect and true concern for their health. I never felt fobbed off, no matter how small the issue I’d come in for.
The nurses were always quite pleasant, save one who was impatient with my toddler when I lost hold of him for a half-​second and he shot away from me. They were able to handle quite a variety of concerns without having to wait to be able to book in with a doctor.
It was always quite easy to get an appointment, especially for sick children, usually the same day. I never was able to make the internet booking page work for me, but I know it worked for others, which makes life really easy.

I have been with this surgery for more years than I care to remember. The waiting room is quite spacious and there is room for kids to move around. They have books and magazines, and some toys for the kids. My kids actually enjoy going to the waiting room.
Getting an appointment is quite easy and you can book on the internet which is very handy.
I have seen most of the Dr’s in the surgery and there was only one that I disliked and would not see again. He was a locum and I don’t think he is there anymore.
There is often a wait for seeing the dr’s but I always find the nurses to be very prompt.
