I will start with the bad things.
— The pool is pretty bland, quite cold.
— I always catch a cold/​fever after going in the baby pool.
— The changing room floors are wet, suspiciously yellow.
— Smells of chlorine
And the good things
— Lots of parking
— polite receptionists
— great for young children, not ages 7 to 9 though. big pool is too deep, small pool to small for them.
— cheap in comparison to others
— café nice, well stocked
— poolside viewing
— fun splash days for kids with inflatables and floats

I have been a member of the centre for more years than I care to mention. The facilities are great and they have a wide range of activities for all ages and abilities.
My biggest complaint would be the swimming pool changing rooms which are way too hot.
Also there is occassionally a problem with the heating of the learner pool, but when you complain you get told that it is within regulations. When childrens lips are going blue in the lessons, I would say it is too cold despite what the regulations say.

Being one of the few health clubs in the area, donyngs may be one of the more expensive ones, however the services that they offer and the whole premises make it one of the best. The ultimate membership is good offering the use of almost everything they have to offer. This place is definantly worth signing up to.
