This is a solicitors firm that handle a range of legal issues, including house purchasing. We used G Clark & Co to handle our house purchasing.
We used this firm as they sent a good value quote and appeared to be keen at first. Unfortunately this was short lived.
They handled our house putrchase but it took a lot of pushing on our side to get things moving even though both parties involved did not have chain. We did feel that unless we called and enquired and pushed that nothing would happen.
Technically I would say they did the job, but in terms of keeping us updated and pursueing outstanding item.
