Busy yet friendly surgery which offers the services of both practice nurse and health visitors alongside the doctors. Automated phone in system to allow for queued calling rather than a dial tone. Offers a daily phone in for doctor/​nurse and has computerised check in on arrival at the waiting room.
Waiting facilities are basic with a fence off toddler play area (which sadly lacks many toys) Variety of magazines in waiting area although no childrens books, a wide range of medical information leaflets and posters are displayed around the waiting area.
Appointments can be difficult to obtain at busier times if you need/​wish to see a specific doctor.
Phlebotamist also does collection from this clinic.
