went here every night for 3 weeks on our trip in August, the place is new clean and nice 4 star all the way the 5^th star is for the amazing staff they were the best of the best… Charlie, Sean, Callum, Matt, and Jessica I hope they all are doing well they deserve it!

A brand new Beefeater. Spotless, and the place was absolutely packed as you would expect for a Friday night.
There were six in our party: 4 adults and two children.
The service was excellent. Plus good banter with the waitress. Spent about £150, but that included two bottles of wine, and beers, etc.
The steak is advertised as 28 days old. I had the fillet steak, and it was fantastic; I had it cooked blue. There was no blood, and a good purple colour.
The red wine was served at the right temperature.
I couldn’t fault anything.
Second Visit Thursday 6÷6÷13 18:30
The starters we good, although my daughter found the spicy wings too spicy, so I swapped with my mushroom in breadcrumbs. The were quite spicy, and my lips did ripple a bit, but I like the pain of the spice.
We all ate of the meal deal menu; up to £9.99 for 3 course, but my son had one, and the rest of us had two.
Again, cannot fault the service it was excellent.
My sirloin steak was to be cooked medium rare, but it was so tough, in the end I left it. My wife chicken was extremely dry and she left hers. My daughter had the same my wife, but she finished hers, and my son had the same steak, but well done, he left some of his, but on the basis he was full. There’s choice of either chips or fries, and they were on the wrong plates, but no big problem to swap.
We felt we had to complain. The manager arrived, and we explain, and she said that at the end of service she would investigate what had gone wrong, and took £15 off the bill, and gave the kids a dessert each, which I thought were free, but they were on the bill. I hadn’t noticed until later, but given they only totalled £2, I not concerned. It was a bit embarrassing as they kids didn’t finish them.
I think that they did the best they could to rectify the situation.
I was speaking to one of the chaps behind the bar and he even checked that everything was alright, and things rectified. I said I would rather say something than leave and then write a bad report without giving them the chance to put things right.
I will return, but be a bit more selective what I choose to eat. I prefer fillet, and I should have stuck to what I like.
So, I am not going to change the star rating.
