Brilliant food!
We opted for a takeaway from this restaurant on a Friday night when we couldn’t be bothered cooking. We ordered a selection of starters, mains, rice and naan to share and I enjoyed all of it.
The mixed starter was a lovely way to try a few different dishes but not be too full before the main courses. There are no pakoras on the menu which I did find a bit disappointing, but it did make us try something else for a change.
We ordered a few different dishes (can’t remember them all!) but we definitely had both the Butter Chicken and the Garlic Chicken and a Dahl, all were full of flavour and got demolished!
The restaurant was clearly very busy, both with sit in diners and take away orders, yet our order was ready about half an hour after we phoned it through.
Would highly recommend giving this place a try.

The reason why the wait for a delivery is often long is because it’s always busy! It’s always busy because it’s fantastic! Only ever had one problem with a takeaway order and it was rectified immediately! I always love my dinner from here!

On a business trip with 3 others, we were looking for a place to eat. I was reluctant to go here as all my other experiences with Indian food was a little too spicy for my taste. I was convinced by my fellow travelers to try it.
The waiter was very helpful and helped us navigate the menu. He advised us what was spicy and not. We started with the Poppadoms and the pickle tray. The Poppadoms were fresh and crispy. The pickle tray was wonderful. The amazing flavors on the pallet were incredible.
I had the Tikka Platter for the starter and for the mains course I had Tandoori mixed grill. Others in my party had the Lamb Shank, King Prawn Jhinga Bahar and the Bagla Murgh Shatkora. I have to say all were delicious and portions generous.
A must to eat at when you are in Reading! Don’t forget to order a Cobra Beer.

The restaurant had wonderful selection of food. The butter chicken was super tender and juicy. The staff was helpful in selecting what we should order. We will be back — especially since we live five minutes away!

Amazing selection and service. It is not difficult to find great Indian cuisine in England but this is a great spot for fine food and great service! Chicken Tiki Masala is perfectly balanced an delicious. The garlic naan is rich and fresh!
