0 stars, except unfortunately I have to give at least one. I had my eyebrows done and I am so miserable that I am considering forking out for laser removal. Ms Worman is the fourth person I have had do my eyebrows(having been back to one of them many times) so I know what I am talking about. I don’t know where to start, other than to say that the result has affected my confidence terribly and caused me to dread looking in the mirror. Firstly, I was asked nothing — and I mean nothing — about what I wanted. She just started drawing with a pencil. So I forced my requirements on her — some of it she ignored outright, getting stroppy if I questioned her or expressed dislike at what she had drawn on, and the rest I realised she had ignored once I looked in the mirror at the result. Not only had she ignored every — and I mean every — single thing I had requested she do, she had done everything — and I mean everything — I asked her not to, and had simply done exactly what she wanted(ie what she had originally drawn on — and which I had expressed dislike at). Secondly, every one of the other three specialists I have seen applied numbing cream 15 minutes or so before the procedure — so that you hardly feel a thing when the tattooing is done. Ms Worman ‘scratches’ your skin with the needle and then applies the cream. I cannot tell you how painful this was(the ‘scratching’) — and I have a high pain threshold. My eyes were streaming and I was in so much discomfort. I questioned this and she told me that because the cream can get deeper into your skin(by virtue of the ‘scratches’), it has an instant effect. Who cares? I arrived earlier than the 15(or was it 30? Whatever) minutes before my appointment I was asked to arrive — so put the cream on and leave it to work. Thirdly, the result is absolutely ridiculous and very unattractive. My eyebrows are not at all symmetrical. She said she would match my hair colour(brown), but instead gave me jet black — which has faded to a horrible ashy charcoal colour and looks completely unnatural and revolting, and doesn’t match my colouring at all; I still have to wear loads of eyebrow make-up — to cover up the colour(and mess) she created. Get this: the first thing she did was draw around my eyebrows with the needle — yes she DREWAROUNDTHEM — and then coloured them in. I repeat — she DREWAROUNDTHEM with the needle and tattoo ink. I therefore have an outline which looks RIDICULOUS. And then… yes, she simply coloured it in. I have two mis-matched charcoal slugs on my face, except it isn’t funny. Oh wait, I haven’t gotten to the slug part. They are too big, which is amusing since she shared her unflattering opinion on Katie Price’s brows and then I came out with eyebrows like Katie Price’s on steroids. Then, after tattooing, she started threading some of my brow hairs — without asking me. What the heck? If I wanted my brows reshaped, I would have had it done. You cannot start threading people’s brows without asking them. Fourthly, she has no interest in the customer or customer service, she isn’t interested in anything you have to say and doesn’t communicate with you at all about anything to do with the procedure(although happily chatted while she was carrying it out). I even simply asked what the ‘healing balm’ was that she gave me(since it’s in an unmarked pot) and she got stroppy at that, and wouldn’t tell me. I have very sensitive skin and want to know what I am putting on my skin(that’s not too much to ask, is it?). As it was, it was gross — so I threw it away. Fifthly, alarm bells rang when I read the documentation I was given to peruse and sign before the procedure. Bear in mind I have been to three other people, so have other experiences to compare to. Ms Worman’s documentation was like War and Peace and all about protecting her. It even bordered on the downright rude in terms of endless demands — do this, you can’t do that, you can’t do this, you can’t do that. Then there was the unprofessionalism of it — poor English, and amateurish layout and production. All quite shonky. I am absolutely speechless at what she did, and if this review saves one person from the upset I went/am going through — I will be happy. Notice I haven’t even spoken about the waste of money; compared to the mess on my face, it isn’t even important. I will end by saying I went to Essex for permanent eyebrows, and I left with permanent Essex eyebrows.

Hello I am Polish and I have seen Permanent makeup carried out back home but it was not as good as I have seen here. I went to see miss Heidi Worman at one of her Essex clinics. I carried out a few checks and went ahead with this. It was nothing like people seem to think and it was very pleasant. My eyebrows are now perfect, super, really should have had it done a long time ago, but in a way glad I did not because they would not have been as good(back home). Thank you Heidi Worman. Dorota

I have wanted permanent makeup for years, talked to a few friends and looked at what they told me to look at! well this lady was very different her worked looked very natural. wanted really nice eyebrows(got them now) I looked on the web and gave her a call, I have now moved to London so it was only around 40 miles away for me. contrary what you do read and here it was nothing like that! I did not hurt at all(I am a wimp) and did not look(an does not) fake. I now know many famous people have had eyebrow tattoo. My friends all envy my brows so much as they look full and beautiful, I may say myself. I am only 30 years old but have never had really nice eyebrows, I kept looking in the magazines at all the nice girls and what you see on the TV all the time, it was driving me mad! I certainly recommend Heidi Worman, many have said her work is excellent I now have to agree. The best beauty treatment I have ever spent my money on? yes! Thank you Heidi
