It’s ok here but nothing spectacular. One staff member is particularly rude and walks around like he/​she owns the place. Food is standard chip shop fair and prices are about what you would expect to pay. Would recommend a visit to here if your in the area but I personally would opt for the China Palace which is less than a five minutes walk away.

This chippy is a great little fish and chip shop in prescot. The food is nice and the customer service is always good.
Chippy is always busy esp at tea time so be prepared for a que if you nip in lol. but the food is tasty so worth the wait.

The Big Chippy must be one of the oldest fish-​and-​chip shops in Prescot (it’s been around since I was a kid, anyway), and probably one of the best. The service is fine and the food is good. They do a good spam fritter, which is enough to make me happy. Never tried their Chinese food, but it looks tasty. It’s one of the busiest chippies in the area, certainly, so be prepared to queue if you turn up at teatime, especially on a weekend.
