When it comes to butchers, Sam Clegg is a definite favourite of mine, great sausages, excellent black pudding and when I need a special cut they are always happy to oblige. Should you require anything out of the ordinary they can get you it in a couple of days and will even give you advice on preparation and cooking. Top Class Butcher
