I had the worst customer experience I have ever encountered at this place. The ‘owner’ Anthony seems very polite and helpful, that is until something goes wrong, then he passes the case on to Eric.
When I encountered an engine problem on the Mini I purchased within the 3 month warranty period they decided that it was my fault and told me to pay for the work amounting to £2,000 plus.
Between the time I took the car back for them to take a look until the moment they blamed me there was lie after lie coming from Junction 24 Car Sales. Eric claimed the car was taken to a Mini garage, LIE, he then said that Anthony was on holiday, LIE, he said the company was dissolving, LIE.
They are an absolute disgrace and I have no hesitation in standing by the words I have written. BUY FROM HERE AT YOUR PERIL.
