Tarradale Cottage B&B

The view from Tarradale is AMAZING… it sits right beside Loch Portree and you can look out over the loch from the bedroom window.
The bff & I had one of the upstairs rooms with a double and single bed. The double bed wasn’t the most comfy and was a bit spring’tastic according to the bff but I had no issues with the single bed. En-​suite was quite small, but shower was an ok size, water was hot and water pressure was great. The heated towel rail came in handy when we had soaking wet clothes from going swimming & being caught in the rain.
Porridge & cooked breakfast was served in a small dining room downstairs. You need to ‘order’ what you’d like the night before by filling a little form. I opted not to have the cooked breakfast the second morning and just had yoghurt and cereal instead.
Free wifi was a bonus although the connection dropped out at times, but it was enough to check emails etc.
About a 10 min walk to the village square but it’s an easy and scenic walk.
