what can i say about the food at this PUB its not good, And to be honest the chef should be sacked my boyfriend ordered chic wings with a dip to go in the dip were the hugest chunks of carrot not thin strips thick when we enquired why the waitrest said we like to give value for money i am a vegetarian i ask could i have a prawn salard no i could have a prawn coctail as my main corse .i went for fish and chips i did not want chips i ordered salard i got lettice leaves soaked in a garnish THIN carrot strips soggy two pieces of cucumber soggy, i asked again does a salard not inclued tomatoe and was told she would go and get some We told the waitrest how unhappy we were and was told she would tell the Chef who never came out

A great pub/​restaurant. Good food at reasonable prices and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

A cosy country, old pub. Wooden beams, real fire.
Great food, small and large plates, and a lovely atmosphere.
Very good service and lots of parking.
