Lord Wimborne Wetherspoons

I like the Wetherspoons chain. I like the idea and I like the cheapness of the food and drinks. I’ve frequented a lot of them in the past and this by far is the worst one that I’ve come across. The staff are some of the rudest I’ve come across. The place is dirty because they don’t clean up after people leave which means you can go there and there’ll be pint glasses lying on tables throughout the duration of your visit. The service is poor at best. Staff are frequently getting in arguments with the customers because they leave them waiting so long when serving. The food has been undercooked to the point where chicken runs blood and overcooked to the point where it’s burnt — just depends on the day I suppose. I’ve been there too many times and I’d say around 80% of the time I send their first attempt at cooking back. The only positive is that the drinks are so cheap but remember this is the same for all wetherspoons so if you can, find another one to go to! There are some very good ones out there.
