Yummy Kitchens

this used to be best takeaway around but since it has been taken over myself & my friends have noticed it has gone downhill drastically

Good Chinese take away with friendly staff although it does get very busy.

As student takeaways go, Yummy Kitchen is a last resort. Somewhere to go when all the others have shut up shop for the night and the post-​booze up munchies are in full, ravenous effect. That is when Yummy Kitchen coil to strike.
Found amongst a street of takeaways and fast food outlets, Yummy Kitchen always seems to be busy in the evening, despite there being far tastier options only 30 seconds away.
As you can probably tell, I’m not a big fan of this place. The food is sub-​standard and that is all that needs to be said really. For a takeaway shop, the quality of food is paramount. It doesn’t matter how quick the food is served or how good the price is, if the grub doesn’t meet the standards then I won’t be coming back.
This is exactly the case with the ironically named Yummy Kitchen.

The staff are so smiley I think they’re on mephedrone, but the food (both the Chinese & Fish & Chips) are pretty good.
The portion of chips must be about the cheapest in Wales.

Yummy’s is a lovely little takeaway on Broadway. It’s great if you’re heading home after the pub or whether you’re getting a feast delivered to your house.
It’s great value for money with generous portion sizes. They often have lunchtime specials posted in their walls too.
The staff are incredibly friendly and had no problem with me being a very picky eater and asking for strange requests.
They used to do a loyalty card that you could get stamped when ordering in store (not for delivery) but I’m not sure whether they still offer this. I filled up far too many cards!
Also I wish they’d bring back their crinkle cups chips. They were great!

Stunning chineese take away! The staff are the most friendly I have ever met. Parking can sometimes be a problem.

Yummy Kitchen is great. The food is amazing and i would recommend the half and half sweet and sour its lush. The staff are so friendly and their always smiling!

Yummy Kitchen is amazing it is conveniently located within Trefforest on the Broadway. The staff are the happiest people I have ever met and are always smiling. Their ‘180’s’ are amazing. Reasonably priced food which is great for the students!

Yummy Kitchen is conveniently located within Trefforest. It has nice food at a reasonable price. The service is excellent and the staff are always willing to help. I would definately recomend eating here. Great Place to eat for students at Glamorgan Uni.
