I was hoping for Satori to give a much needed boost to the Spas in and around Plymouth, but although it is competent and efficient as a beauty spa, it has some rather large flaws that stop it reaching the levels of say an Aveada franchise. First it is very harshly lit, which does give good colour rendering for polishes it doesn’t make for a relaxing experience. Second there is a very unnecessary«plead for a tip» from the card machine when paying, this again detracts from the calm that a spa visit should give. Thirdly it felt to me that there was a drive to get my treatment done and me out as soon as possible, almost as if I was something to get through to fit another person in. Again not conducive to creating calm. On the positive note the coffee is good and flows freely and the treatment was a very good standard. Rachel, via Neill Mitchell
