I move in to one of there bungalows in December 2016 a mutual swap only to find the night storage heating was so old it was unusably I put one radiator for less then a week a bill of near £200. I taking it up with dch it been very unpleasant experience. I am a73 year old disabled pensioner at time the cold been unbearable I ended up going out side there office at EXETER and picket them the top Executives were very nice asked me in gave me a cup of tea we talk over the problems as all there housing in the street is in the same predicament I got wonderful help south hams district council environment al health department and the facilities grant department and the OT BEEN SO HELPFUL. BUT I find my experience with housing officers so bad it been a battle you can not trust what they say now all my street getting new up to date heating in there homes AND I AM BEING INERVIEWED FOR ANTI - SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR so beware they will get you in the end NOW BEING TREATED BY MY DOCTOR FOR DEPRESSION AND FELLING SUICIDAL so remember they will win in the end
