Terrible service bought an iMac 5k retina display online it turn out to be faulty went to the store Manager told me sorry if you were purchase it in our store we could help you but because you bought the iMac online is nothing to do with us, is like he’s working for the different company! hoo… I ask him what is the difference Apple is Apple same product same company but he keep saying no I was kind of confused and he said you have to call apple customer service it took 3 half months to get replaced. After, 8 years been loyal apple customer owning most of the apple product and that was the first time I had a problem with apple but sincerely Apple should take some action about Plymouth Apple store Management. For all things Apple, this store is the place to come, a small store with very limited supply, good for advise and professional service, nothing to shout about and the store name is kinda wierd. Well it does its purpose i guess but could have been double in floor space for better display.
