Two words describe Toscanini — Traditional Italian.
As soon as you enter the restaurant, inside this old building it is a little dark, with low ceilings and traditional wooden tables and chairs.
When presented with the menu, you will see a wide selection of the food on offer. Meat, fish and vegetarian food is all available. Cooked to order, the food served is tasty and very enjoyable. Not the lightest dishes, they are made traditionally and taste authentic. Service here is good too and prices the norm for Italian restaurants in Peterborough.
I would recommend this restaurant for a taste of classic Italian dishes.
