McDonald’s Restaurants

The management (so called management) are terrible. Spoke with a eastern european woman (I mention this so you will know who I am referring to) she was so rude and this is the second time I have spoken with her. She doesn't care about service, just wants to argue and not listen to feedback - thinks that every customer that makes a complaint will be ok just to just return their money and offer them a desert on top. How about learning where you have gone wrong and thanking the customer for their feedback - too quick to offer a compensation. Well, news flash not all customers want just a refund after they have driven all the way home to find the order completely wrong. Stop talking over customers and listen you may actually learn something. This store needs to be mystery shopped, you also need to do a 360 on your managers. Not good enough!!!!!!!! I will never return. Very rude women. Unacceptable behaviour.
