Maloncho Indian Restaurant & Takeaway

Ordered a chicken madras and mushroom rice didn’t have to wait long. Got it home served it up. wow it was tasty really hot ! You know a curry is really good when it burns your lips. I would totally recommend this place ¹⁰⁄₁₀ yummy

I have used this takeaway for years, and have had very good quality meals from there. However, I had one last night (21÷04÷12) and it was shocking! The food was bland and the chicken a bit tough. There was nothing whatsoever good about it. Every single dish we’d ordered was tasteless! A complete disappointment.
I’m giving them three stars because of all the excellent meals I had in the past. It would only be one based on this meal alone.
I realise I’ve not bothered to review until I had a bad experience, but that’s often the way. They have now lost me as a customer.

Dont go there.
I’ve just had my first and last meal from there. I went in and ordered after reading a couple of reviews saying they were good (I now think they may have written them themselves). After a 40 minute wait in the takeaway they gave me my food. By the time I got home my kids were crying because they were tired and very hungry. I took the meal out of the bag and immediately realised it was cold and only a couple of bits warm. I phoned themn and they asked me what I thought they should do, so I said they should giver my money back. They said to take the food back and they would refund me, but this wasnt really an option because of the kids so I had to cook the food in the microwave. I had 9 bits of chicken, none of which were large bits and 4 were small, I would say total content was ½ — ²⁄₃ an average chicken breast and it was only average quality.
Use them at your own risk.
Added Friday ²⁵⁄₃. After going there on Saturday my son has been sick and had a high temperature all week. Guess why I think that was!
