Hippy Chippy

Anyone here in Paisleys West End wishing to sample 2^nd rate, disgusting food alongwith downright rudeness and pig~ignorance from staff please knock yourselfs out. Staff @ The Hippy Chippy are clearly oblivious to basic manners and customer service skills. My friend, who has dyslexia, was looked up and down, rushed and his food literally slapped on the counter. The food which I had a little taster of was absolutely dreadful. Chewy, stringy batter wrapped around grease laden haggis hardly constitutes pleasant. The minute portion of chips were ghastly with an onion afterttaste indicating poor hygiene skills. This disgusting, poorly run eaterie is in desperate need of a wire brush, plentiful supply of dettol and P45’s in the post for ill educated staff…

Avoid chips are vile used to be good like another review said had went right down hill go across the road to the pizza stop best chippy in the west end cheap big portions.

the place was when down hill over the years, food not that great, over priced, better across the road.

Service is not great, last time I was in 2 girls continued their conversation before acknowledging I was standing there.
Portions are tiny but still expensive.
I only used to go there for convenience because I go to the Redcap chinese 2 doors down but she doesnt like chinese food so has a chippie instead.
My advice is give this place a miss and cross the road to the Pizza Stop.
Larger portions, cheaper and better service.
