Super camp manager called Steve asked us to leave after our 4 yr old son had drawn on the table with wax crayons provided by the restaurant. Until then we were ignored and given the feeling we shouldn’t be there because of the kids. Never experienced anyone so unprofessional before. He was highly strung and obviously not up to his job. When we complained to the other branch we were told that they had complaints about this manager all the time from other customers and that he has somewhat of a reputation. Remember Pizza Hut is supposed to be a family friendly restaurant! Avoid this branch at all cost or you will be disappointed!

everyone nows what pizza hut is so wont bore you wth that ‘ll just tell you my experience of this particular branch. i really diislike the décor, theres no natural ight due to it being downstairs, the food was so so, salad bar was only half full, the toilets were rather dirty and staff not as attentive as needed

I always enjoy pizza hut when I go there. I dont tend to have the buffet, so I dont have the complaints of the other reviewer, who didnt like the crowding around the pizza table. I think it is partly the crowding that stops me from having the buffet, but I also like to choose exactly what pizza I have and not just take pot luck at what gets served up and isnt instantly magicked away onto the student’s plates before anyone else gets a look-in! The dough balls are to die for, and the pizzas, especially the stuffed crust, are delicious! Pizza hut seem to make the perfect pizza, with plenty of toppings and not too greasy! The staff can be a bit too attentive at times, obviously after a tip, but they are usually helpful and polite. At busy times there can be a wait for a table, but it is worth it!

Pizza Hut, A students haven. i mean where else can you get all you can eat pizza, salad and free refills for 6 pounds. i used to go here every two weeks with some friends. i stopped cus its, well its just bad for you. some people complain about the crowding around the pizza table, and pushing and shoving to get a piece. but if you have a plan, and a few friends running interferance, you will be fine. the one on the highstreet in oxford, is always back with students, so bare it mind. they will be aggressive towards their food.
