We made a special trip to Oxford to try this restaurant and we were not disappointed. The restaurant was cute-iful with picnic tables and lovely lighting. The menu seems to be split into an Asian fusion(Thai/Chinese/Korean) and English bistro. That night we were craving some heat, so we went the Asian fusion route. The calamari salad was interesting and caught your tongue on fire. It was a wonderful warmth that included the cool of the salad and the fiery peppers. The main was another fire that made you enjoy your tongue’s third degree burns. It was a beef stir fry with a great sauce — can’t remember the name! For dessert we decided to pick out the least recognizable option. This ended up being a baked tamarillo( ). I really enjoyed this interesting fruit. It had a slight saltiness that was evened out with the cream. It was my first tamarillo, how fun! Go, go now and make a fun trip out to Oxford with this as a lure.
