Jongleurs

If you’re looking for a good night out in Oxford then Jongleurs is a great place to go. I’ve been numerous times and always had a good laugh. Tickets can be a bit pricey, but sign up to their website as they usually have special offers on and also do group discounts. The comedy acts are always pretty good, and their hall of fame is quite impressive. I just like the relaxed atmosphere, with basket food and jugs of beer. By the time the show has finished you’ve drunk enough to think that you’re a great dancer. An so you end up dancing to the mix of cheesey/​rock music till the early hours– or at least I do! One downside the drinks are quite pricey. And my one personal gripe– the DJ refuses to listen to my slurred requests for dirty dancing music– surely everyone loves to end the night dancing to ‘time of my life’…no?!
