I go to this boots in town almost every other week
I am on the repeated prescription service I also have the advantage card which helps get more bargains
There’s a lot of things to be had at this boots in town, they do have an optician and baby department I won’t go as far to say its a huge store but big enough for most purchases of everyday things
I especially like the meal deal can always get a decent take out cold meal, they do salads as well as rice and noodle dishes which I like
Every so often they do a three for two which gets you a freebie lovely the Christmas events start very soon and they are some very nice gifts ‚
They to come under the three for two, just look for the little symbol usually a green parcel in the corner of your purchase ‚
You can get like three tubes of toothpaste or shampoo and only pay for two even, well I do my bit for the family great way to save some money ‚
They have some really nice make up number seven and I always get given a voucher £5 off the next purchase, so its good for that to,

Most helpful staff, lovely glasses I got two pairs buy one get one free! Cheapest they had were £89 though! But well worth it they come in nice handy cases they ring you and let you know when they are ready to collect. The staff in the opticians were lovely! Would definitely come here again!

Located inside the boots stores in the spindles shopping centre Oldham, it is on the ground floor and can be acessed from the inside and outside of the spindles centre.
I used the opticians at Boots last year to get my young sons glasses. Unfortunatley I had nothing but problems with the staff and the glasses.
We had to wait for 1 week for his glasses to be order (had ordered 2 pairs) when I took him back only one pair had come. So had to go back a week later for the second pair which I picked up without him.
Within 3 weeks one pair had broken and I took them back to be fixed, this took a week. When I went to collect them I was told I couldn’t take them as he was not with me. This went5 back and forward nearly every month for over a year, one visit I would need to have my son with me so they could fit the glasses another time they wouldn’t be bothered if he was with me or not.
I can only say that the customer service is appaling and the staff are not trainned to deal with customers in the same way and seem to make there own rules up as they go along.
Staff came across as grumpy and sometimes agressive.
If you need glasses I would avoid these like the Plauge.
