Unfortunately I had to return a curtain pole to the Nuneaton store because it wasn’t fit for the purpose I had wanted it for. The Manager, Mandy, couldn’t have been more accommodating, and Margaret from curtains and soft furnishings department was very good in helping to bring the matter to a satisfactory close. On the whole I thought the staff were professional throughout and I would recommend Dunelm to anyone.

Fantastic shop. I buy all sorts things for around the house from this place. Kitchenware, curtains, bedding, blinds, mirrors theres all sorts. Its excellent value, staff are friendly and helpful, parking is free.

Nice range of products, this place is full of goods that you could take home if you had enough space. They have a fantastic range of cushions, the towels and other bathroom goods are good quality, the kitchen section upstairs (which is inaccessible to pushchairs because o fthe steps and the narrowness of the isles) has a nice selection of kitchen and cooking gadgets. They also have nice vases, photo frames and pictures directly below. The staff are very polite and helpful, the service excellent. Returns and exchanges are always possible.

i do like this shop, its just that its a bit out of the way for a browse round. i cant access it very well with a pushcahir as the aisles are narrow and theres alot of things upstairs which i couldnt get to.
nice and cheap though and staff are friendly and helpful. parkings brilliant.

This place is fantastic. It is situated at the desge of nuneatons shopping centre and provides a free car park.
Once inside the shop is based on 2 floors Kitchen ware and rugs been upstairs.
Downstairs offerss a array of bedlinens, bathroom items, curtains mirrors and soft furnishing. The prices are very good and it is well worht looking out for the bargain in the bins or piled up.
The staff are very friendly and helpful too
