The Phoenix

This is a rock pub, that’s what it does. It hosts some live bands here fairly regularly, local talent so it’s quite good if you like your live music. The drinks prices are average for nottingham town. It’s pretty big with a few different rooms, typical wood pub décor inside.
The place is fairly well frequented by students and nottingham residents, it’s open late too. The staff are pretty rock-​y here, heavily tattooed, but they are still friendly guys!
I’d recommend it as a pre bar for rock city, or possibly make a night of it if ya like the bands!
