Carl is a first rate electrician. He teaches electricians at the local college, so he is the other end to cowboy.
He is polite, helpful, and flexible in his attitude.
By my estimation, his charges are reasonable.
I used him to partially rewire a turn of the century semi in Sneinton Nottingham. He did an excellent job, fitting in with my time-​scales and coping with all the issues which came up because of the age of the house

You will find Carl courtious, well mannered and a good guy to talk to. He will give advice and recommendations before starting your job and always sticks to the price quoted.
