I ordered a door handle and spoke to Trevor who took the measurements of the door handle and told me he would call me in coming days to advise of price. 5 follow up calls and 3 weeks later still no sign of the door handle. Finally got a call from Danielle to advise it had arrived, and the price was £29 + vat when I was originally quoted £20 + vat. Collected the door on 20÷2÷16 and it did not fit as the measurement was out! Went back and was told by Trevor it was not the door handle I had taken in, Trevor you need your eyes testing? Trevor then produced the paper he had drawn the measurements on and realised it was the door handle I had taken in. Not a sorry or apology. When asked for a refund I was told by Trevor that I would have to wait for the boss as he does not have authority do a refund! Still waiting for a refund. I have given it 1 star as this was the lowest score and they don’t even deserve that. Completely waste of time, surprised they are still in business. Certainly not worth any recommendation.

I had a very large window replaced at home — the 2 men who arrived to do the job were punctual, clean, friendly and efficient. They completed the job quickly, cleaned up the bits and pieces, then cleaned the new window. I’d recommend this firm.
