Popped in for lunch and had to wait for 50 minutes for a table tp become free; but well worth the wait! A set 3 course christmas menu that was awesome. Excellent value, nice size portions and efficient service. The bistro setting was very nice with a feeling of space giving you and intimate experience. Down sides of the day; was the table of 20 behind, when they got going they filled the room with their exuberance(didn’t begrudge then though) and when the front door was left open my goodness you knew it.

i had heard a lot about the bistrot pierre and although i had a pleasant meal i found it fairly average and think there are places in nottingham for the same price that have nicer food

I had an enjoyable meal here, but I’m afraid I can’t be as gushing in my praise for this restaurant as some other reviewers. The service was good, if a little too prompt, and the food was also good. However I was left with the feeling that I would rather have gone to French Living, which in my opinion serves better quality, more authentic French food at a better price.

I can recommend this restaurant. It offer fabulous french food at a very reasonable price. I had one of the best meals I have ever had in the Leicester version of this restaurant. The chain, formerly known as PeeVee’s has been around for a few years and has sustained it’s reputation over that period. A good tip when you first try this restaurant is to sample it by trying the theatre menu which is available early evening. I now visit this restaurant regularly and enjoy it everytime that I go. The menu is constantly changing and the food always tests so freshgo try it!

This is a very nice, reasonably priced French restaurant in the centre of Nottingham. It is part of a chain but the food here is freshly cooked to a high standard and the service is friendly. It’s ideally situated for the Victoria Centre, theatres and Cornerhouse. They have a 2 course set lunch and pre-theatre menu for around £10−12 and a la carte prices are £10−12 for a main course.

I love this restaurant! The food is great value for money but that doesn’t mean it’s avarage as it fantastic. They always seem to have some sort of deal on too. It’s great place to stop off for lunch on a lady’s shopping day out!
